Self-Employed and on Medicare
You can deduct as self-employed health insurance the medicare premium you pay each month. You can't deduct your spouse's medicare too though.

Self Employed Health Insurance
Great news! For 2010, you can now subtract self employed health insurance from income in the calculation of self employment tax on schedule SE.
